We already have an average of about three days for which tourists stay in the Republic of Moldova; we want to double this figure to retain them as much as possible and capitalize on the financial resources they have available to enjoy the tourist offers in the Republic of Moldova,” declared Nicolae Olara\u0219u.<\/p>\n

However, the most interesting part is that 85-90% are citizens of the Republic of Moldova. We managed to develop thanks to European partners, thanks to American partners, through several and various projects in which we participated, through various aid programs for the tourism environment,” stated Nicu \u0218tirbe\u021b.<\/p>\n
Data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that approximately 40% of those visiting our country are from Ukraine. Romania follows, with a share of 21%, and the United States of America with 8.8%. Tourists from Israel and Turkey have a rate of 3%. The Republic of Moldova was also visited in the first three months of the year by individuals from the Russian Federation, Italy, and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
