The transaction, structured through a lease contract coupled with a promise to sell, values the assets at a total price of EUR 1.65 million, with the finalization of the payment scheduled by the end of 2026.  <\/p>\n<p>On the basis of the contract signed on December 19, FPS leased the aforementioned assets for EUR 130 thousand plus VAT, which covers in advance the period from December 2025 to December 2026. The agreed sale mechanism provides for an advance of EUR 106 thousand paid upon signing, with the remaining EUR 1.54 million to be paid by the deadline of December 31, 2026. The asset package includes the two-star classified accommodation unit, the bus garage and the related land of 3,000 square meters, the sale having been previously approved by SIF Hotels shareholders and mandated to the Board of Directors headed by Vasile B\u00eerlea.   <\/p>\n<p>The buyer, Lucretia Cadar&#8217;s wholly-owned company Fany Prest\u0103ri Servicii, already operates the neighboring bus station (the former Napoca), which it claims to have revitalized. From a financial point of view, FPS last year recorded a turnover of around \u20ac7.65m and a net profit of around \u20ac824k, with 182 employees and a monthly traffic of more than 100,000 passengers.
