The current price represents a significant reduction both from the initial investment value and from the previous threshold of EUR 3.25 million sought for the accommodation unit, which did not meet business expectations.    <\/p>\n<p>Inaugurated in 2011, Mistral Resort Moeciu is located in a mountainous area between the Bucegi Mountains and Piatra Craiului, with 65 rooms, a 300-seat restaurant and a conference center. Although Corina Martin, founder of the Mistral group, claimed to have allocated considerable funds for the project through the Mistral Voyages agency, the asset changed ownership in 2018. The resort was then taken over by Constanta-based Muller Lounge Bar, owned by Tarek Nassar, son of businessman Ghaleb Nassar. The new owner tried to sell the hotel in the same year for \u20ac4.41 million, but without success. The latest available financial data for Muller Lounge Bar for the year 2022 indicates a modest activity, with a turnover of around EUR 3.8k and debts of around EUR 59.7k.     <\/p>\n<p>The decline in real estate assets is matched by the critical financial situation of the travel firms founded by Corina Martin. The Mistral Tours agency lost its license in 2016 by decision of the National Tourism Authority due to lack of insolvency insurance policy and was subsequently closed. A similar situation is recorded for Mistral Voyages, which has accumulated since its establishment in 2005 total losses of about EUR 2.23 million. According to 2024 data, the company had zero turnover and total debts of about EUR 8.94 million.
