At the same time, he emphasized that the budget is based exclusively on the measures currently in force, without taking into account hypothetical legislative changes. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"725\">&#8220;We are not considering any options to increase the standard VAT rate for the 2026 budget, we are not considering a VAT increase for HoReCa and we cannot include in the budget measures that are not currently applicable,&#8221; the minister said at a press conference on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"1135\">The statement was made in the context of questions related to the possible reduction of the retirement age, provided for in a law currently under consideration by the Constitutional Court.
