The project will be executed by a joint venture formed by BRC Premium and Inmelcom Prod, and part of the financing is provided through the Just Transition program. The initial estimated value of the contract was RON 60.4 million, excluding VAT (around EUR 11.87 million).  <\/p>\n<p>The new hotel will have more than 70 rooms and will be located on a plot of almost 5,000 square meters in the historic city center, exclusively owned by Crescendo. Palex Constructions Installations, Real Estate Solutions Group and the joint venture between Speed Trans Alpin (leader) and Termomont DOO Belgrade also participated in the tender. The beneficiary of the project, the company Crescendo, established in 1991 and equally controlled by Carmen and C\u0103lin Lemnaru, reported for 2023 a turnover of 48.1 million lei (EUR 9.45 million) and a net profit of 5.4 million lei (EUR 1.06 million).  <\/p>\n<p>The selected builders are BRC Premium, specialized in electrical installations and fully controlled by Elena Irina Iclenzan, which recorded a turnover of 11.8 million lei (EUR 2.32 million) in 2024, down 6% compared to 2023. The other member of the joint venture is Inmelcom Prod from B\u00e2rse\u0219ti (Gorj), a metal construction manufacturer with a shareholder structure consisting of Cornel Drumen (51.004%), Mariana Drumen (34.196%) and Alexandra Drumen (14.8%).
