The transaction, made with the Alezzi Group, aims to develop a mixed-use project with an estimated gross value of approximately EUR 500 million, marking the company&#8217;s significant entry into a key market outside the capital.  <\/p>\n<p>The land is located in the North Cliff-Fisheries area and already has planning permission for a seven-tower development. The plan foresees the construction of six residential buildings and a 5-star hotel, complemented by integrated functions such as commercial spaces, restaurants, gym &amp; spa center, school, kindergarten and promenade areas. According to company representatives Victor C\u0103pitanu and Andrei Diaconescu, the project will implement the developer&#8217;s sustainability standards and create a mixed-function community. Construction works are planned to start within a year, with an estimated completion date of three years from the opening of the site. This development adds to the company&#8217;s existing presence in the county through the One Mamaia Nord project.    <\/p>\n<p>In parallel to its efforts in Constanta, One United Properties is also moving into the Sibiu market, where it has signed a pre-contract for a site on the former FLARO industrial platform. The Sibiu project will focus on the urban regeneration of the area, including the restoration of four historic buildings that will be integrated into the new development.
