The company achieved an average occupancy rate of over 70% across the group and continued its investment plan to modernize its properties. <\/p>\n<p>According to George Copos, Chairman and CEO of Ana Hotels, the main concern of 2025 was cost pressure, which is directly reflected in the final price and customer behavior. In this context, the businessman emphasized the need for stability in the business environment for long-term planning and reiterated that tourism should be treated as a strategic priority, through an integrated vision and coherent promotion policies. During the year, Ana Hotels completed the modernization of some spaces within the InterContinental Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e Palace Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e Bucharest, reopening The English Bar, the JORJ restaurant and the SPA center. These works complete an investment program of more than EUR 49 million, finalized in 2023, which focused on rooms and event spaces.    <\/p>\n<p>For 2026, the company&#8217;s strategy is to continue to invest in the modernization and digitalization of hotels, along with the development of the wellness and medical tourism segment, a niche considered to be growing at European level. Another strategic direction is to strengthen the team and organizational culture.
