The 78-room unit is to be completed by December 2026 and benefits from a significant component of European construction funding.<\/p>\n<p>The building will be S+D+P+7+8 set back and will have 44 parking spaces. The project is designed to meet NZEB (Nearly Zero-Energy Building) standards, integrating energy efficiency technologies. Technical features include mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery, photovoltaic and solar thermal panels with storage batteries, air conditioning and heat pump heating.<\/p>\n<p>The budget for the tender procedure for the construction contract was estimated at 34.49 million lei excluding VAT (about EUR 6.78 million), fully covered by European funds. The award was made for an amount of 33.79 million lei excluding VAT (about EUR 6.64 million).<\/p>\n<p>The winner of the tender is an association between Kimar Rezidential (leader), Lubserv, MIF Prev Psi, CMV Quality Instal and Elcomontaj. There was only one participant to the tender.<\/p>\n<p>The project documentation states that the investment will generate a positive economic impact through job creation and increased contributions to state and local budgets. This project is in line with Accor Group&#8217;s strategy, which aims at an accelerated expansion on the Romanian market in the next 3-5 years.
