According to local media, Anda R\u0103ducanu is the daughter of Nicolae Bucoval\u0103, president of the Mamaia Constanta Constanta Employers&#8217; Organization and first vice-president of the Federation of Romanian Tourism Employers. The seller, the RC2 investment fund, has in the past had investments in the paint manufacturer Policolor and the debt recovery company Top Factoring.
