The recent expansion confirms a maturing of the market, with an evident geographical diversification beyond the capital. While Bucharest remains a pole of attraction, with notable openings such as Corinthia Hotels and The Crest Collection by Ascott, investors are increasingly turning to regional cities with tourist and economic potential. On the list of developers are Cluj-Napoca, Ia\u0219i, Bra\u0219ov, Oradea and Sibiu, cities with growing infrastructure and steady tourist traffic. According to Colliers, Romania is among the fastest growing hotel markets in the EU, with average revenue per room (RevPAR) expected to increase by more than 10% in 2025 and occupancy stabilized at levels comparable to those in Central Europe. <\/p>\n
