Despite these challenges, Litoralulromanesc.ro, the market leader, recorded an increase in sales and the number of tourists. The company&#8217;s results are relevant as they indicate an adaptation of consumer behavior, with a shift towards value-added packages and trusted brands, providing an insight into the trends that will shape the sector in the future.  <\/p>\n<p>The 2025 summer season on the Romanian coast has been described by Litoralulromanesc.ro as a &#8220;rollercoaster&#8221;, characterized by major fluctuations between periods of record bookings and periods of stagnation. This volatility was caused by the fiscal changes implemented by the government during the summer, such as the VAT increase and the reduction in the value of holiday vouchers, which, combined with generalized price hikes, made tourists more cautious. In response, consumers either reduced their length of stay or sought last-minute deals. Nevertheless, the company managed to achieve an increase in sales and customer numbers, attributing the success to the strengthened trust in the brand and the expansion of the portfolio with new accommodation. \u0218tefan Necula, director of Litoralulromanesc.ro, stressed that &#8220;in a world where artificial intelligence is gaining ground, human interaction and personalized recommendations remain an important asset,&#8221; referring to the role of the agency&#8217;s consultants.    <\/p>\n<p>Analysis of consumer behavior shows a clear preference for 3- and 4-star accommodation. The highest interest was shown for all-inclusive packages, whose bookings increased by 30% compared to summer 2024. The average value of a vacation for two people was around \u20ac550, while the average length of stay decreased marginally from 4.67 nights in 2024 to 4.59 nights in 2025. In the resorts ranking, Eforie Nord remained the leader with a 20% increase in bookings, followed by Mamaia, up 15%, and Neptun-Olimp, up 10%. Customer satisfaction saw a slight increase, with over 12 thousand tourists rating the services with an average score of over 8 out of 10.    <\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead to the 2026 season, the company&#8217;s representatives are cautious, anticipating that the impact of government measures on purchasing power will steer tourists towards special offers and affordable prices. In this context, Litoralulromanesc.ro, part of the Polish group Szallas, intends to maintain competitive rates and has already launched Early Booking offers with discounts of up to 50%.
