The company MKS Prod from Dolj is preparing to build a 4-star hotel on Calea Severinului, Craiova, which will be affiliated to the international group Accor, the leader of the Romanian hotel market.<\/p>\n
The building will have 78 rooms, a height of S+D+F+G+7+8 set back and 44 parking spaces. According to the documentation, the circulation terrace and technical spaces will integrate energy efficiency equipment, including photovoltaic panels, solar panels, heat pumps and air conditioning systems to meet NZEB standards. <\/p>\n
The investment is estimated at RON 54.4 million, of which RON 34.49 million (excluding VAT) is the value of the tender financed entirely from European funds. Bids are due for submission on October 8, 2024, and the project is scheduled for completion in December 2026. <\/p>\n
The project is expected to generate an economic impact through new jobs, increased revenues for MKS Prod and increased contributions to the local and national budget.<\/p>\n
