Carolina Hospitality SRL is developing a Moxy by Marriott-branded hotel in Brasov, designed on Calea F\u0103g\u0103ra\u0219ului. The building will have a basement, ground floor and 6 floors, with a total area of about 8,100 square meters. <\/p>\n
The 3-star-rated unit will offer 174 rooms, common spaces and a walkable terrace. The plan calls for more than 35 parking spaces, landscaping and green areas that will occupy nearly 28% of the 3,656-square-meter site. <\/p>\n
The company obtained the urban planning certificate at the end of 2024 and submitted the documentation for the approval of the Detailed Urban Plan.<\/p>\n
The Moxy brand, part of the Marriott group, appeals in particular to young travelers through modern design and affordable services. Brasov, which attracts more than 1.5 million tourists a year, is becoming an increasingly competitive market for hotel investments.
