Hotels&#8217; share of total overnight stays was 89.7%. <\/p>\n<p>Lodging occupancy climbed to 41.3%, up 4.3 pp over June 2024 and 5.8 pp over May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The evolution was different by segment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>hotels: +20.1% arrivals;<\/li>\n<li>agro-tourist guesthouses: +300% (from 4 to 16 arrivals);<\/li>\n<li>tourist hostels: +49.6%;<\/li>\n<li>tourist villas: -18.4%;<\/li>\n<li>apartments\/rooms for rent: -32.6%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The results confirm a positive dynamic of tourism in Braila, supported in particular by the performance of hotels and guesthouses, but with a noticeable decrease in the alternative accommodation segment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Regional Direction of Statistics Br\u0103ila announces a significant evolution of tourism in June 2025, when 9,202 arrivals were recorded, 11.9% more than in the same month in 2024 and 8.8% above the level of May 2025.
