Strategically located between Costine\u0219ti and Tuzla, the resort benefits from an initial investment of EUR 50 million and aims to become a major entertainment hub in the region, with ambitions to rival destinations such as Ibiza or Mykonos.<\/p>\n<p>The project, totaling 1.6 million square meters, will be developed in phases. The first phase, scheduled to open in summer 2026, includes four key components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An outdoor mall;<\/li>\n<li>A 50,000-capacity event space;<\/li>\n<li>An amusement park;<\/li>\n<li>The biggest nightclub in the world, designed for 30,000 people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nibiru is not just for young people. According to Andrei \u0218elaru, the resort is conceived as a complete ecosystem of entertainment, culture and gastronomy, open daily during the summer for all segments of the public.
