Taken over by the entrepreneur and chef Valentin Pup\u0103z\u0103, the restaurant aims to become again a quality standard on the local HoReCa market, betting on a strategic repositioning: abandoning the luxury label in favor of a top quality offer at affordable prices. <\/p>\n<p>The new strategy comes after a period of instability, during which the restaurant has changed three owners in the last four years. Valentin Pup\u0103z\u0103, a chef with international experience and multiple gastronomic awards, believes the previous failures were caused by an inappropriate culinary concept. In response, he proposes a balanced menu that combines authentic Romanian dishes with international recipes, emphasizing quality ingredients and professional service.  <\/p>\n<p><b>Market segments targeted by the new Lloyd&#8217;s:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Tourists and locals:<\/b> Customers looking for a fine dining experience, either for a dinner or for cultural events such as &#8220;Joia B\u0103n\u0103\u021bean\u0103&#8221;, a concept with live music to be reintroduced.<\/li>\n<li><b>Corporate segment:<\/b> companies and business delegations that can benefit from the central location and generous capacity (220 seats inside and 130 on the terrace).<\/li>\n<li><b>Private events:<\/b> the venue, together with partner locations Miori\u021ba and Bulevard, is ideal for organizing weddings, christenings or corporate parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The management team is complemented by specialists in tourism and communication, with the objective of rebuilding the Lloyd brand and transforming it into a profitable and sustainable attraction.
