The transaction, valued at approximately 835 million lei, is being carried out at a price of 21 lei per share and is open on the Bucharest Stock Exchange from July 16 to July 30, 2025. <\/p>\n<p>The move is a strategic one for the Polish group, which is strengthening its presence in the premium wine segment in South-Eastern Europe. Maspex officials emphasized that the potential of the Romanian, Moldovan and Bulgarian markets was a decisive factor, with plans to develop distribution in Hungary and Ukraine. <\/p>\n<p><b>Key transaction details:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Price offered:<\/b> 21 lei per share.<\/li>\n<li><b>Target package:<\/b> Around 39.7 million shares (98.38% of the capital).<\/li>\n<li><b>Total value:<\/b> 835 million lei (about \u20ac167 million).<\/li>\n<li><b>Intermediary:<\/b> BRD &#8211; Groupe Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The takeover process has already received preliminary clearance from the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) in June, which gives the transaction a high degree of certainty.<\/p>\n<p>A key element for investors and the local capital market is Maspex&#8217;s stated commitment to <b>keep Purcari Wineries listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange<\/b> after the completion of the takeover.
