The building will be converted into a four-star hotel. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For the hotel in Bistri\u021ba we already have the building permit and the first stage has been completed. We have rehabilitated the facade and renovated the commercial spaces on the ground floor, where a Karpaten agency is already operating,&#8221; said Alexandru M\u0103rginean, Karpaten&#8217;s general manager. <\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1996 by Gheorghe Marginean, Karpaten Turism operates both in the outgoing and incoming tourism segments, being one of the most important agencies in Romania.<\/p>\n<p>The group also includes the Karpaten Hotels division, which manages the Piemonte hotel in Predeal and Casa Bazna, located near Media\u0219, Sibiu county.
