In the first quarter of 2025 the result is negative RON 1,584,399 unlike in 2024 when it was negative only RON 275,148. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">The company&#8217;s net sales in Q1 2025 increased to RON 7186606 from RON 6586561 in the previous year&#8217;s first quarter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Aro-Palace announced the signing of a letter of intent to enter into a franchise agreement with Hyatt Hotel Corporation. As such, the ARO Palace hotel is to operate under the Hyatt brand upon finalization of the partnership. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">The company&#8217;s portfolio also includes the Capitol Hotel, with 180 rooms, conference rooms and two restaurants, which is currently undergoing an extensive modernization process.
