The French group Catinvest, active in the real estate sector in Romania for over two decades, has entered into a partnership with Win Advisors, a company specialized in hotel consulting and management. The collaboration aims to take over the operation of the Aparthotel Craiova, inaugurated earlier this year in the ElectroPutere Parc complex. <\/p>\n
The value of the investment in the aparthotel amounts to EUR 12 million. Win Advisors will provide full property management, this being the second hotel managed by the company. It will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, the development of the business strategy and the implementation of services tailored to the current requirements of the hospitality industry. <\/p>\n
Among the measures announced are the commercial repositioning of the establishment, the introduction of flexible packages, including breakfast, and the development of a MICE offer (corporate, social, team-building events).<\/p>\n
The Aparthotel features 60 apartments with short or long-stay facilities, each unit with kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom, underfloor heating, fresh air ventilation and terrace.<\/p>\n
The decision comes against a backdrop of growing tourism activity in Craiova. In 2024, the city recorded more than 166,000 visitors, with around 260,000 overnight stays. Of these, around 15% were international tourists, mainly from countries such as Germany, Italy, France, the UK and Hungary. Craiova International Airport, which serves the area, handled 450,000 passengers last year and is in the process of expanding capacity to 2 million. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
