{"id":110357,"date":"2025-06-24T23:38:41","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T20:38:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rhn.ro\/alpin-hotel-group-announces-expansion-on-the-romanian-coast\/"},"modified":"2025-06-24T23:38:41","modified_gmt":"2025-06-24T20:38:41","slug":"alpin-hotel-group-announces-expansion-on-the-romanian-coast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rhn.ro\/en\/alpin-hotel-group-announces-expansion-on-the-romanian-coast\/","title":{"rendered":"Alpin Hotel Group announces expansion on the Romanian coast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Alpin Hotel Group announces solid financial results for the year 2024, with a growth of 11%, as well as a broadening of its investment focus, which is now moving to the Romanian seaside.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of medium and long term development prospects, Alpin Group plans to expand its portfolio through hotel and real estate projects in several areas of the country, as well as to develop partnerships for hotel operation.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the investment budget for 2025 is estimated at EUR 10 million, and most of this amount is directed towards the development of Rivaz Hotel, a 5-star hotel project located in the resort Olimp, already under construction. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Rivaz Hotel is a project of the soul of the Alpin Group, but also a bold initiative to redefine the standards of vacation on the Black Sea, and we have been working on it for over three years. It is a project that brings together refinement, premium service, hospitality expertise, care for guests, all in a unique natural setting &#8211; the Black Sea&#8221;, says David Aron &#8211; CEO &#8211; Alpin Group. <\/p>\n<p>The Rivaz Hotel accommodates one of the most beautiful views of Olympus, dressed in an architecture inspired by the elegance of the French Riviera and reinterpreted in a contemporary Art Deco touch. With an infinity pool of over 40 sqm on the rooftop, private beach, SPA &amp; fitness center, skybar with panoramic views, gourmet restaurant, permanent concierge and maintenance services, private parking and 24\/7 security, Rivaz Hotel thus houses its 130 hotel units. The investment amounts to over \u20ac20 million.  <\/p>\n<p>At the end of 2024, Alpin Group&#8217;s turnover amounted to RON 73.7 million, this performance being mainly supported by the consolidation of the corporate events segment and strategic investments in this sector. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Last year&#8217;s growth reflects the direct effects of the strategic investment of more than EUR 9 million in modern event facilities over the period 2020-2023. In 2024, Alpin&#8217;s venues hosted large international events, averaging 800 attendees, from industries, such as IT, Medical and Defense&#8221;, explains David Aron, CEO Alpin Group.  <\/p>\n<p>Beyond the increase in turnover, Alpin Group also recorded a significant improvement in profitability, EBITDA for 2024 amounted to RON 18 million, more than 25% higher than in 2023. This was due to cost optimization processes and the implementation of an internal &#8220;cost-management&#8221; platform, aimed at increasing decision-making efficiency.  <\/p>\n<p>For the year 2025, the Alpin Group aims to increase its turnover by 10%, which will be achieved by increasing the share of international events and strengthening commercial partnerships. At the same time, the company will continue to develop the international leisure segment, in collaboration with travel agencies, through packages that include flights operated from Brasov International Airport. <\/p>\n<p>Taken over by the Aron family in 2004, Alpin Hotel has undergone an extensive investment process of over EUR 40 million, which has transformed it into a hotel resort with multiple leisure and corporate facilities. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Alpin Hotel Group announces solid financial results for the year 2024, with a growth of 11%, as well as a broadening of its investment focus, which is now moving to the Romanian seaside.
