The \u201cHanul Haiducilor\u201d Agropension is strategically located in the outskirts of the village of Seliveste, Nisporeni district, in the heart of the Moldavian Codrii, offering an authentic natural setting, ideal for the development of ecological and recreational tourism. Managed by the entrepreneur Ovidiu T\u00eembur, through the sole proprietorship that bears his name, the guesthouse was founded in 2013 and has gradually evolved into a regional reference point in the rural tourism sector. <\/p>\n
In the context of post-pandemic changes in consumer behavior and economic shifts, the business model initially centered on organizing events and banquets required restructuring. The increasing demand for accommodation services and nature-based tourism experiences led to a strategic repositioning of the guesthouse towards authentic and sustainable leisure tourism. <\/p>\n
In order to respond to the new market trends, \u201cT\u00ceMBUR OVIDIU\u201d I.I. accessed financial support through the Project \u201cCapacity Enhancement for the Transformation of Rural Areas\u201d (TRTP), implemented by UCIP IFAD. The total financing amounted to 990.000 lei, of which 670.000 lei in the form of a preferential credit and 320.000 lei as a non-reimbursable grant.<\/p>\n
This investment has been directed towards the purchase and installation of three fully-equipped wooden cabins, adapted for year-round use. Each unit has been furnished in a rustic-modern style, with features that ensure increased comfort and an authentic experience in the middle of nature. <\/p>\n
The new investment has enabled the expansion of the accommodation capacity and a complete rethink of the business model. Hanul Haiducilor Inn is now mainly targeting the family and couple tourism segment, as well as small groups interested in relaxation, nature and tradition. <\/p>\n
Access to IFAD financing allowed the stabilization and expansion of the business in an uncertain economic context. The Hanul Haiducilor has thus consolidated its position as a competitive regional destination in rural tourism, with potential for sustainable growth. <\/p>\n
The story of this agro-pension demonstrates how a clear entrepreneurial vision, supported by financing mechanisms adapted to the rural environment, can generate economic and social impact at local level. IFAD, through UCIP, has not only supported a one-off investment, but has also contributed to the development of a family business that promotes the authentic values of the Moldovan village and sustainable tourism. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
