The Ion family, which participated in the construction of over 10,000 apartments in Sector 6, has inaugurated a new 4-star hotel in the Bucharest neighborhood of Cotroceni and is working on two more.<\/p>\n
\u201eThe 4-star Le Blanc hotel in Cotroceni opened 3 weeks ago. There are 48 rooms and 2 suites, a cafe, and a restaurant for 45-50 people. Over 6 million euros were invested,\u201c stated Cornel Ion, owner of the real estate group Start Priority Holding.<\/p>\n
The Le Blanc group also includes a 4-star aparthotel located approximately one kilometer away from the new hotel in Cotroceni. The Le Blanc Aparthotel features 35 luxury studios and apartments. Additionally, it includes the Le Blanc event hall, formerly known as B\u00e2rlogul Lupilor, on Valea Oltului Street. All the group’s hotel investments are in Sector 6.<\/p>\n
Since 2023, the investor has signed a partnership with the French hotel group Accor, which involves opening a Mercure hotel in a renovated building on Dimitrie Cantemir Boulevard, near the center of Bucharest. Cornel Ion says the hotel, which will have 40 rooms, will open at the end of May.<\/p>\n
The Ion family also has the construction of a new event hall with a total capacity of 600 people, alongside a 30-room hotel on Timi\u0219oara Boulevard, in the authorization phase.<\/p>\n
