This performance reflects the resilience of RevPAR(2), portfolio growth, improved margins in Management & Franchise (M&F), strict cost discipline in Owner Services and the development of the Hotel Assets & Other segment, including through strategic acquisitions (Rikas and Potel & Chabot). <\/p>\n
In 2024, Accor opened 293 hotels, totaling more than 50,000 rooms, reflecting a net network growth of 3.5% over the last 12 months.
