We remind that NEPI has already invested in Craiova over 150 million EUR with the construction of the Promenada mall, an investment made on a 20 ha land in the Craiovi\u021ba lake area. NEPI has also built the Boulevard Prelungirea R\u00e2ului, on a stretch of about 1,000 meters, linking Calea Severinului to Boulevard R\u00e2ului.
