\nEUR, belonging to Hidroconstruc\u021bia, a company in insolvency, will be put up for sale, said Infinexa Restructuring, a company specialized in restructuring, appointed receiver of Hidroconstruc\u021bia SA.
\nThe assets include several located in popular tourist areas such as Brazi in the Retezat Mountains or Tarni\u021ba in the Apuseni Mountains, as well as in Flore\u0219ti, near Cluj Napoca, Bascov, near Pitesti, in Timisoara, R\u00e2mnicu-V\u00e2lcea and several office buildings in the center of the capital.
\nThe properties include the Tourist Complex in Brazi, a locality in the Retezat National Park, with conference centers, guest houses, warehouses, tennis courts, etc., the Caransebe\u0219 Minihotel (former Dormitor comun P+1), a tourist chalet in R\u00e2nca – P\u0103pu\u0219a, the Brazi-R\u00e2u\u0219or Tourist Complex (Retezat Mountains), a villa in P\u0103u\u0219a (near Ol\u0103ne\u0219ti), apartments in workers’ or non-family homes in Sebe\u0219, Ha\u021beg, Caransebe\u0219, Bumbe\u0219ti Jiu and Petro\u0219ani, warehouses, warehouses, platforms, canteens, car washes, recovery rooms, sports fields, garages, apartment blocks in Gura V\u0103ii, near Or\u0219ova, kindergartens, industrial premises in different areas of the country.
\nIn the Timisoara and Arad areas, administrative and office premises, and land within and outside the city are being offered for sale.
\nAlso listed for sale are apartments in Bucharest, sector 5, three office buildings and related land in Bulevardul Ferdinand no. 90, another one in 24 Fecioarei Street in the center of the capital.
\nIn R\u00e2mnicu-V\u00e2lcea, the company owns a shopping complex, a sports ground and others, also put up for sale.
\nThe creditors’ meeting of Hidroconstruc\u021bia approved at its most recent meeting the sale of some non-core assets in the reorganization plan in order to reduce the company’s operating costs and to allow the repayment of amounts to creditors.
\nAll these assets will be sold through auction procedures organized by the receiver and promoted in accordance with the law.
\nEstablished in 1950, Hidroconstruc\u021bia S.A. is a Romanian company with 100% private capital, known as the main builder of most of the country’s hydropower projects.
