{"id":107687,"date":"2024-09-19T08:47:59","date_gmt":"2024-09-19T05:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rhn.ro\/world-famous-restaurant-brand-comes-to-bucharest\/"},"modified":"2024-09-19T08:47:59","modified_gmt":"2024-09-19T05:47:59","slug":"world-famous-restaurant-brand-comes-to-bucharest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rhn.ro\/en\/world-famous-restaurant-brand-comes-to-bucharest\/","title":{"rendered":"World-famous restaurant brand comes to Bucharest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One United Properties, Romania&#8217;s leading real estate investor and developer of sustainable residential, office and mixed-use high-end projects, has partnered with Paris Society, part of the Ennismore Group, to open a Bonnie restaurant in the Mondrian Hotel in Bucharest.<br \/>\nFounded in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff and part of the Ennismore group, Paris Society has more than 70 locations in its portfolio and employs more than 3,000 people.<br \/>\nThe brand develops its activities around four complementary poles: Restaurants &#8211; Events &#8211; Clubs &#8211; Hotels.<br \/>\nThe first hotel under the Mondrian brand in Bucharest, which will have around 100 rooms, is due to open by 2026 next to the Romanian Athenaeum, following a partnership between real estate developer One United Properties (ONE) and hospitality company Ennismore.<br \/>\nThe hotel will be built at 8-10 George Clemenceanu Street.<br \/>\nThe Mondrian Hotel was first opened in 1985 in Los Angeles as Le Mondrian by the L&#8217;Ermitage Hotel Group, and was later acquired by Ian Schrager and Morgans Hotel Group in 1996 and renamed Mondrian Hotel Los Angeles.<br \/>\nAs of 2021, the Mondrian brand, including the flagship in Los Angeles, is managed by Ennismore, following a joint venture with Accor, which is the majority shareholder.      <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One United Properties, Romania&#8217;s leading real estate investor and developer of sustainable residential, office and mixed-use high-end projects, has partnered with Paris Society, part of the Ennismore Group, to open a Bonnie restaurant in the Mondrian Hotel in Bucharest.
