{"id":107683,"date":"2024-09-25T21:28:19","date_gmt":"2024-09-25T18:28:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rhn.ro\/hotel-orizont-in-predeal-could-be-sold-by-auction\/"},"modified":"2024-09-25T21:28:19","modified_gmt":"2024-09-25T18:28:19","slug":"hotel-orizont-in-predeal-could-be-sold-by-auction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rhn.ro\/en\/hotel-orizont-in-predeal-could-be-sold-by-auction\/","title":{"rendered":"Hotel Orizont in Predeal could be sold by auction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On October 15, FEPER&#8217;s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGEA) will decide whether to approve the sale of Hotel Orizont in Predeal.<br \/>\nThe transaction will take place following the organization of a public tender.<br \/>\nThe announcement to organize the auction will be published no later than 15 days from the date of publication of the AGEA&#8217;s decision.<br \/>\nThe price starts at 10,5 mil.<br \/>\nEUR 10.5 million, and the transfer of ownership of the property will take place upon full payment of the price, according to the AGEA&#8217;s convocation.<br \/>\nHotel Orizont has 139 four-star rooms, a wellness center, a conference center, two restaurants and more.<br \/>\nMinimum conditions to be included in the specifications:        <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the amount of the tender deposit will be 5% of the starting price of the tender,<\/li>\n<li>the tender will be advertised for at least 16 days,<\/li>\n<li>full payment of the sale price will be made within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the sales contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  FEPER branch Predeal &#8211; hotel Orizont had a net turnover of 15 mil.<br \/>\nRON and EBITDA margin of almost 12% in 2023.<br \/>\nHotel Orizont had net profit of RON 578,115 in 2023, according to FEPER&#8217;s individual financial statements.<br \/>\nOn March 30, 2022, FEPER&#8217;s shareholders decided that the operation of the Predeal branch &#8211; Hotel Orizont will be provided by The Makers.<br \/>\nFEPER also owns the Central hotel in Ploie\u0219ti and the FEPER building on the Pipera platform in Bucharest.<br \/>\nFEPER is controlled by the investment fund Transilvania Investments with more than 85% of the shares, while the Authority for State Assets Administration owns almost 9.4% of the company&#8217;s shares.       &nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On October 15, FEPER&#8217;s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGEA) will decide whether to approve the sale of Hotel Orizont in Predeal.
