\nAndrei Pa\u0219a had the highest scoring logo proposal and his creation will become the image of Mamaia resort.

\nThe winner of the competition, Andrei Pa\u0219a, was born in T\u00e2rgu-Mure\u0219 and is 49 years old.
\nHe started his career at a small advertising studio in the city, then at Agora Media, an IT publisher (editor of PC Magazine and NET Report).
\nSince 2005 he has been working as a freelancer, both in the Western and domestic markets.
\nThe Mamaia-Constan\u021ba Destination Management Organization was established through an association between the City Hall of Constanta and three tourism employers’ associations, with the aim of managing the tourism promotion and management activities for the resort of Mamaia and the municipality of Constanta.
