\nThe new owners plan to preserve the resort’s historic character and reopen it next year.
\nIn addition to accommodation, the hotel also has several restaurants, including a gourmet restaurant, “Epoca by Tristan Brandt”, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2022.
\nPaval Holding is on its second high-profile international investment, following the acquisition of the historic Grand Hotel Gardone in Italy in 2023.
\nMeanwhile, Apex Alliance is expanding its portfolio to 17 hotels across Europe.
\nAs an official franchisee, the company represents world-class brands such as Hilton, Marriott and Radisson.
\nIn Romania, the company manages six hotels, including Europa Royale and Marmorosch.
\nThe new owners have committed to invest in modernizing the infrastructure, technical systems and other comfort solutions, turn the project into a year-round attraction, create new jobs and activate the sales potential through their own network of partners.
