This opening represents the materialization of the first phase of the project, the completion of the second phase being announced for the first part of 2026.<br \/>\nThe total investment in the hotel development amounts to about 25 mil.<br \/>\nEUR.<br \/>\nIn this first phase, the hotel offers 64 rooms and apartments, of which 40 one-bedroom apartments and 8 two-bedroom apartments, with areas ranging from 43 sqm to 90 sqm, and some of the apartments have a jacuzzi on the terrace.<br \/>\nOnce the second phase is completed, the property will have 114 rooms and suites, a restaurant, state-of-the-art spa facilities, a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and a fully equipped fitness room, as well as a ski storage room and underground parking.<br \/>\nThe hotel is adorned with replicas of the 1572 map of Transylvania and handcrafted ceramics from a local artisan workshop.     <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first Swiss\u00f4tel hotel in Romania has opened in Poiana Brasov, the project being the result of a partnership between Accor and the local real estate developer Neagoe Basarab Residences S.R.L.
