\nRON 141 million, owned by the investment fund Transilvania Investments Alliance and which manages five accommodation establishments in the spa resort B\u0103ile Felix in Bihor County, has signed letters of intent to enter into final negotiations with two international hotel chains for the affiliation of three of the hotels it manages: International 4 stars, Termal 3 stars and Nuf\u0103rul 3 stars.
\nThe investment needed to renovate the three hotels is estimated at around 12 mil.
\nEUR 12 million, based on current data, and the projected timeframe for completion is approximately three years, phased in stages.
\n“The affiliation of the International, Termal and Nuf\u0103rul hotels to prestigious international networks in the hospitality industry is part of the long-term development strategy of Turism Felix S.A., a strategy focused on three directions: health, wellness and harmony.
\nI believe in the potential of year-round spa tourism, and the international affiliation will give us an additional confidence factor.
\nWe have already signed the letters of intent and are entering the phase of final negotiations, in parallel with the preparation of the renovation works of the three hotels to meet the required standards,” said Razvan P\u00eerjol, CEO of Turism Felix S.A. In 2023, Turism Felix S.A. recorded a turnover of 102 mil.
