The ibis Styles Bucharest City Center hotel opens

The new ibis Styles Bucharest City Center hotel, located on Știrbei Vodă Street, opens in Bucharest on June 22nd.

The unit is rated 3 stars and offers 152 rooms, a conference area that can accommodate events from 20 to 170 participants, a traditional casual restaurant with terrace and a lobby bar, underground parking with 50 seats, fitness room fully equipped and children's playground. The total investment amounted to EUR 10 million.

The hotel’s rooms also reflect its central theme and feature traditional motifs as part of a modern, unique design. Each floor of ibis Styles Bucharest City Center is dressed in a bright, vivid color such as yellow, orange, green, blue and invites guests to discover and experience them all.

The new ibis Styles Bucharest City Center is the second hotel opened by the Dentotal group, after Mercure Bucharest City Center, in November 2014. At the same time, it is the first hotel opening in Romania, after the Covid crisis - 19.

Affiliated to the ibis Styles brand, the hotel is operated by Accor, a global leader in augmented hospitality, under a management contract. Its opening strengthens the partnership between Dentotal Group and Accor and opens new perspectives for the future.

Prior to the opening, ibis Styles Bucharest City Center introduced intensive hygiene and prevention measures for the safety of guests. The hotel, together with Mercure Bucharest City Center, is part of the pilot project aimed at the preparation, audit and certification of sanitary procedures by Bureau Veritas. The ALLSAFE label represents Accor's new protocols and high standards of hygiene and ensures that these standards are met in hotels around the world. Measures include social distancing applied in all common areas, supply of sanitizers in key public areas (reception, elevators, restaurants, etc.), strengthened room cleaning protocols, including additional disinfection of all contact surfaces in rooms and bathrooms, check - in, check-out and payments made contactless, whenever possible, cleaning program strengthened in public areas with frequent disinfection of all contact areas. There is also a dedicated telephone line to answer guests' questions.
